• Your residential or commercial address in Sri Lanka (for technician arrival or courier delivery).
• Photographs of furniture submitted for stain/damage estimation.

2. How We Use Your Data

We value your privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your information is strictly used for:

• Providing accurate service quotations and dispatching technicians to your doorstep.
• Coordinating island-wide Cash on Delivery parcel shipping for DIY care products.
• Following up on customer satisfaction and honoring structural warranties.

3. Furniture Photos & Privacy

Any sofa photos sent via our quotation forms or WhatsApp are strictly used for assessing fabric condition, foam density, and structural integrity. We never publish photos of your personal living room or private property without your explicit verbal or written consent.

4. Payment Security

All doorstep services are pay-after-satisfaction (Cash, Online Bank Transfer, or LankaQR). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
